Very responsive! This company exceeded my expectations in the bounce industry. I’ve never used a bounce house and it was my toddlers birthday. I planned it for Saturday, which ended up raining so I messaged to change the date. Wright inflatables answered all my questions, quickly. Switched the day with no hesitation, they were there on time and set up was quick. I highly recommend and will be calling them in the future
